Karma Release Therapy:
Includes:
Abhyanga - The Ayurvedic Massage &
New Decision Therapy - NDT
Karma Release Therapy incorporates applied and behavioural kinesiology, ayurvedic mind and body mapping and vedic chakra perception/awareness. This combination is customized to the individual.
Begins with: an aromatherapy sensory test and a blending of ayurvedc herbs and gemstones, followed by; ayurvedic body mapping using medicated oils, followed by; an assisted release of past issues and traumas.
Karma Release Therapy continues with Abhyanga and New Decision Therapy - NDT™, both of which may stand alone.

Abhyanga: The Ayurvedic Massage
Inspired by the ancient Vedic scriptures, this massage therapy utilizes: Body Mapping, Observation, and medicated herbal oil formulas for Vata (air), Pitta (fire) and Kapha (water) body types. Three techniques are implemented according to the client’s constitutional and mental nature.
The Sattvic Awakening Touch:
Sattva is the guna of goodness, purity, and enlightenment. It is mostly depicted as a white swan treading through the contaminated oceans of misery, pure and untouched. The swan exists within the environment but is not effected by it. It partakes only in the nectar at the heart of the Lotus. Sattva is the goal towards purification and divinity. This Pranic method works on the subtle level of Consciousness and requires a special touch to affect tranquility and love.
Benefits:
1. Sedates nervous tension (Grounding)
2. Opens cognitive cellular memory
3. Facilitates a meditative state
4. Aids in clearing the mind
5. Promotes Creativity
6. Helps decision making
7. Sharpens awareness and intuition
The touch is gentle and effective. It is a series of slow, rocking movements which soothe the client with pure nurturing. Herbal medicated oils are then poured and massaged generously into the skin, focusing on the scalp, hair, face, neck, shoulders, and feet. Gentle, continuous movement caresses the client into a sedated mode of comfort.
The Rajasic Kinetic touch sequence:
Rajas is the Guna of movement, change, passion, and internal/external activity. It is the tiger who surveys her domain for consumption. Kinetic works towards movement and transformation. Body mapping similarly is scanning the body tissue, state of mind, and aligning thought towards a spiritual purpose.
Benefits:
1. Stimulates motivation
2. Nourishes the skin
3. Creates spiritual rhythm
4. Increases heat
5. Aids in the elimination of toxins
6. Addresses muscular tensions and chronic pain
7. Improves blood circulation to the body tissue
The Active (Tamasic*) massage sequence:
Kinetic touch inspires opening, and movement towards change; to increase movement with specific Marma points which cool and calm the physical body. The massage is firm and steady, stimulating the release of tension and opening higher levels of consciousness. It inspires the release of negative habitual patterns towards an individual’s unique purpose.
*Tamas is the mode of ignorance, stagnation, darkness, and inertia. This is a condition, which congests the mind, spirit and matter. Tamas can be likened to a turtle. The outer hardened shell protects the vulnerable flesh that lives within. It is a defense mechanism. Only when the turtle feels secure will she emerge. It is this move from darkness into light, from shelter into the open, which characterizes the soul’s transformation from ignorance into knowledge. Thus the healing can begin.
NDT (New Decision Therapy)

New Decision Therapy is about making a conscious choice to LIVE. NDT asks your body to remember past traumas and the people associated with them. It then generates the release of static energy, cleansing the body of pain resulting from years of repetition.
NDT uses contemporary psychology and applied Kinesiology to unlock where the body got stuck. Memories are stored in the physical body on a cellular level, creating over time, patterns that lead to wellness or to disease.
It is very important to understand the innards of your unconscious mind in order to recognize significant events in your life. By first becoming conscious, then releasing unexpressed emotion, you are able to reconstruct your life towards true happiness and longevity.

Tri-Guna Therapy: (Ayurvedic Consultation)
Receive a deep Ayurvedic assessment, offering advice relating to behaviours, diet, and more to promote balance and well being.
Abhyshek:
A full Goddess experience, suitable for both men and women, Abhyshek facilitates spiritual refinement, emotional clearings and lifestyle transitions. It begins with mantras, prayers and offerings followed by a Shamanic journey, divination, aromatic oils, music, NDT and more.
Philosophy:
Traditionally, Abhyshek worship involves bathing Deities of the temple on special celebrations such as birthdays, or sacred holidays. The Deities are bathed with scented floral waters, exfoliated with aromatic herbs and spices and are then lubricated with milk, yogurt and honey. The Deities are then rinsed with waters from the sacred Ganges, and perfumed with exotic aromas.
The omnipotent Goddess Râdhârâni is Lord Krishna’s internal consort, and is the pleasure potency of Krishna. Râdhârâni is the expansion of Lord Krishna. Krishna is the ‘energetic’ and Râdhârâni is the ‘energy’. They are inseparable.
Radha is the model of love for God. Radha represents the human devotee who renounces material possessions to pursue God. Krishna is the irresistible, beautiful God. The goal for us is to discover the Radha dimension within, and to break out of dharma, towards the pursuit of Divine love.
“For God is the reservoir of pleasure.”
The vocalization or the sound "Krishna" is itself transcendental. Krishna means the highest pleasure. Every living being seeks pleasure, but we do not know how to seek it. We have a materialistic concept of pleasure, and so we become frustrated trying to pursue it because we know little of real pleasure. We must first understand how consciousness animates our bodies, then we will understand from where sensation begins.
The Abhyshek Treatment:
1. Opening invocations: Mantras and songs
2. Arati: Spiritual prayers and offerings of the ingredients to be used in the service. This strengthens their potency while charging the ingredients with specific energy for a variety of needs.
3. Meditations and Visualizations: Selected journeys for grounding, peace, and inspiration.
*Spiritual readings can be recorded on a provided cassette tape.
4. Elemental focus: A shamanic journey evoking the Great Maha Bhutas (Elements): Ether, Air, Fire, Water, Earth.
5. Casting of the rice: Divination art to strengthen the direction of your physical, emotional and spiritual energies.
6. Guidance from the Goddess oracle: A Daughters of the Moon tarot deck is consulted with Goddess pendulums and mertis. This is fertile ground for Gaia support and insight. It could be Saraswati, goddess of art, music, knowledge and beauty who reveals the secrets of creativity, rejuvenation and self-care secrets. A more fiery goddess would be Kali, who promotes cleansing, detoxification and internal revolution through love and care.
7. The preparation of herbs, aromatic oils, foods, elements, gemstones, and crystals, including music and the treatment room.
8. Applied Kinesiology: Muscle testing of the meridians in the body. This unlocks the hidden thoughts of the body and determines the state of the organs.
9. New Decision Therapy: A basic clearing is performed to enhance physical cellular
detoxification.
10. Once the emotion is released, Abhyanga (Ayurvedic massage) is administered for 1½ hours.
11. Mother Earth Science Therapy: for detoxification, restoration and rejuvenation. 45 minutes.
12. Herbal Steam sinus cleanse. 20 minutes.
13. Shirodhara: The final stage of the water element therapy.
14. Spectrum Attunement (Gemstones and crystal balancing): This is applied directly over the 7 gateways of consciousness (chakras) in a variety of patterns. Spectrum Attunement brings in the earth element for grounding, stability and centering.
15. The Ayurvedic Taste Experience: A simple snack to nourish the soul.
Vata taste: sweet, sour, salty. Beverage is hot.
Pitta taste: sweet, bitter, astringent. Beverage is cold.
Kapha taste: spicy, full. Beverage is warm.

To prepare for the Ayurvedic Facial experience; bring a list of beauty products you are presently using, and; arrange for a wash or shower and blow dry due to the large amount of oil used in the scalp treatment. If you want to leave the oil in the hair, bring a hairpin or hat. If you have dandruff or blemishes, bring your own hairbrush.

The Ayurvedic Scalp Treatment For Vatta, Pitta, or Kapha
This is an à-la-carte treatment that my be added to other treatments or packages; it cannot stand alone. Ayurvedic scalp treatment caters to all three Doshas and includes an herbal steaming for sinus cleansing.
Vata hair tends to be frizzy, dry, curly, tangled and static. These conditions may be present throughout the hair or just at the ends. The vata scalp can be flaky, with dandruff, itchy and dry. People with Vata heads are; active, indecisive, scattered, imaginative, and creative. The predominant emotion is fear.
The Vata scalp treatment soothes these symptoms with herbal medicated powders added to warm ghee, milk and base oils such as sesame, sweet almond, avocado, and/or castor. This customized formula is then comfortingly massaged into the scalp and hair with a gentle motions. The hair is brushed and the head is wrapped in aromatic hot towels.
The Shirodhara treatment can be added to any scalp treatment for meditation purposes.
Pitta hair tends to be oily on top with frizzy or crisp ends. Early graying and hair loss are common in Pitta types. The hair is often flat and thin. The pitta scalp tends to be red, may have blemishes, excema, psoriasis, and may be itchy and sensitive. The mental energy of Pitta’s is; agitation, frustration, and always busy organizing and trying to control their thoughts. The predominant emotion confronting the mind is anger.
The Pitta scalp treatment comforts these symptoms with a cooling herbal preparation of chilled coconut paste and/or organic natural yogurts. The powered herbs are then added to jasmine and sandalwood fragrant oils. Pittas love aromatics. These customized preparations are firmly massaged into the scalp and hair to stimulate hair growth, inspire forgiveness, and to promote tranquility. The hair is gently brushed and the head is firmly wrapped in cool aromatic towels.
This treatment is excellent for migraine and tension headaches, and for neck and shoulder pain. A cooling shower is recommended after this treatment.
Kaphas have lush, full, thick, wavy and slightly oil rich hair. The Kapha scalp is usually moist with full, strong healthy hair. The mental energy in Kapha heads is heavy, dull, and lethargic. The predominant emotion is depression.
The Kapha scalp treatment addresses these symptoms with stimulating and motivating herbal preparations in warmed hair oils (i.e. alma) with euphoric citrus aromas to entice energy and uplift the spirits. This restores the shine and movement to the hair. The scalp and hair are vigorously brushed and wrapped until cooled.
This treatment is recommended for preservation and maintenance. Aids in times of depression, lethargy, and boredom.

Shirodhara
Shirodhara is a “flowing stream” in Sanskrit. Floral waters, aromatic oils, and specific plant fibers are combined in a copper vase, warmed, then directed towards the third eye in the forehead. The elemental water is then allowed to slowly flow onto the marma located at the center of the forehead, lubricating the head.
This treatment is used to achieve a high state of tranquility; it is where true rejuvenation begins. Shirodhara is often used after any treatment or to specifically address headaches.
Herbal Steam Sinus Cleanse
This is an à-la-carte service that must accompany another treatment.
Medicinal herbs and essential oils (eucalyptus, ginger, peppermint, spearmint, camphor and rosemary) are mixed in a hot water receptacle. The steam is inhaled while the back and chest are vigorously massaged with oriental ointments. This treatment aids in clearing congested nasal passages, expelling mucous and releasing blocked energy channels. It is good for relieving aches and pains and stimulating the mind.
The Herbal Steam Sinus cleanse is an added value to any service. 6 – 10 treatments are recommended for chronic sinus problems. Therapeutic medicated Nasya oils are available for personal administration.

Mother Earth Science
This treatment is based on the wisdom of traditional food supplements such as ghee, butter, dairy, Soya and almond milk, wheat-grass juice, kelp, spirulina and yogurt. These motherly products are blended and applied directly to the entire body as a masque. Exfoliative movements are administered to invoke creativity, cleansing, releasing and awakening, through the skin. The skin, as the body’s largest organ is absorbent by nature. These ingredients nourish the skin, helping it eliminate, restore and rejuvenate.
As a mother nourishes her child, so our great Mother nourishes her children with an abundance of Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. All of the Divine Mother’s gifts are given with every spoonful.
Rice Readings
This method of divination originates from the aboriginal shamans of Andrea's motherland in Uruguay. Rice grains absorb the electro-magnetic energy of the individual when held tightly in the hand. The grains are then cast revealing patterns that help diagnose your unique typology. From it, Andrea assesses body type, Chakra balance and predicts events and situations to come. Goddess tarot, inner vision and Ayurveda Wisdom are incorporated as well.
Yemaya Ocean Therapy
Ocean Therapy has developed as a hybrid of traditional Ayurveda bodywork and the ancient philosophy of West Africa. By integrating these two systems we have created a powerful tool to allow you to enter the watery depths of emotion and experience deep connection and healing in the divine Mother's protective embrace.
Neurotherapy (Nadi Vigyan)

Nadi Vigyan is a therapy which serves to stimulate and encourage the natural flow of energy, or Prana, throughout the body's energy channels. Andrea applies this as part of some of her treatments. To learn about neurotherapy visit the International Federation for Neurotherapy (IFN) website, www.ifn-nadivigyan.com or read this page devoted to explaining Nadi Vigyan.
